Registration is open from March 1, 2018 until July 14, 2018.
Each chapter or colony receives five (5) paid-for spots. Thomas Cowan Bell Chapters receive additional paid-for spots. Registrants over your chapter or colony's paid-for allotment are $350 each. Cancellations, without a replacement registration, after the registration deadline are subject to late fees. Any undergraduate attendee who does not submit a cancellation and does not check in at Balfour LTW will incur a no-show fee of $350.
Charges for extra participants, cancellations fees, and no-show fees, will be charged to the chapter or colony after Balfour LTW. Chapters and colonies will have 8 weeks from the date of their stipend or fee notice to inquire about stipends or fees. The deadline will be clearly communicated in the stipend or fee notice. Inquires submitted after 8 weeks will be acknowledged, but not fulfilled.

All chapter members may choose to register brothers in any of these seven divisions:
- Pro Consul;
- Risk Management;
- Recruitment; and
Only current Consuls and Consuls-elect can attend the Consuls division. Please prioritize sending officers to the Consul, Magister, and Risk Managment divisions.
The Fraternity will provide a ticketed shuttle service between Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) and Bowling Green State University. Tickets are included in the registration fee and must be reserved in advance by submitting your flight information through the registration system prior to the registration deadline. The shuttle trip between DTW and the university's campus takes approximately 90 minutes.

Your chapter will not receive any portion of its travel stipend if any of its attendees are not checked-in by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018.
On-campus housing is included in your registration from Wednesday, Aug. 1 to Sunday, Aug. 5. If you prefer to stay in a hotel, you will be responsible for all arrangements and costs of your stay and doing so will not reduce the price of your registration.
On-campus housing check-in will occur in Offenhauer Towers and will be open throughout the conference, beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018.

- Workout clothes (for SigFest activities)
- Hand soap (if staying in on-campus housing)

- One laptop computer per chapter (to submit your chapter’s strategic plan)

You are responsible for covering the cost of travel to and from Bowling Green State University. However, undergraduate chapters and colonies will receive $0.18 per mile, round trip, from the location of their chapter (the address on file with Headquarters) to the location of Balfour LTW.
For a chapter to receive its stipend, every participant must attend and check-in at every session. Failure to do so will forfeit the entire chapter’s stipend.
Stipends will be awarded as a credit on the chapter's account, notification of the credit will be sent to each Consul and Quaestor. Chapters and colonies will have 8 weeks from the date of their stipend or fee notice to inquire about stipends or fees. The deadline will be clearly communicated in the stipend or fee notice. Thomas Cowan Bell Chapters receive a bonus to their travel stipend outlined below, provided they meet the conditions above.
Blue level: $250 bonus
Gold level: $1,000 bonus
